Carl’s music has always been about connection.
During Covid, he created Stir Crazy Live, a weekly livestream for people confined to their homes. At a time when people could not gather in the same room, music became a way to give people something to look forward to.
That spirit later evolved into Sunday Soul Sessions, a Sunday morning livestream that ran for five years and became a regular space for soul music lovers.
From 2022 to 2025, Carl also hosted Music for the Soul, his internet radio show, sharing soul, funk, disco, rare groove, reggae, house and global sounds.
The live streams and Mixcloud shows now form part of Carl’s archive: a record of years spent selecting music, holding space and bringing people together through sound.
